Indonesia's year-on year inflation in April is likely to be higher than March, the head of the statistics agency said on Wednesday.

JAKARTA: Indonesia's year-on year inflation in April is likely to be higher than March, the head of the statistics agency said on Wednesday. However, the country's chief economics minister, Boediono, said he remained optimistic Southeast Asia's largest economy would grow by 6.4 percent this year. Inflation was at 8.17 percent in March.
