4 India-bound ships stuck in Hormuz Strait amid fresh conflict
New Delhi: India on Sunday condemned the attack on the commercial vessel GFS Galaxy, off the coast of Oman, having Indian nationals on board, even as four vessels carrying energy bound for India are stuck in the Strait of Hormuz.

One Indian 'Missing'

Of the 11 Indian nationals on board GFS Galaxy, 10 have been rescued so far, while one is reportedly missing.

The Indian Embassy in Oman is closely monitoring the situation and proactively coordinating with Omani authorities in the search and rescue operation, according to an official statement. This is the fourth incident since June when Indian nationals have been victims of attacks on vessels, including by the US Navy, in the Gulf of Oman.
