Greek debt deal 'very close': Report

ATHENS: Greece, the EU and the IMF are "very close" to agreeing the austerity measures needed to secure desperately needed loans and a deal will be announced by Sunday, a government source said on Friday.

"Negotiations are still going on but we are very close to an agreement," the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity,

"By Sunday it will be announced by the Greek government," the source added.
