Epstein Case: WSJ claims Trump sent letter to Epstein with drawing of naked woman, US prez threatens to sue paper
Donald Trump WSJ Epstein Case: Donald Trump is threatening legal action against The Wall Street Journal over a report alleging he sent a sexually explicit birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein in 2003. The WSJ claims the note, part of a birthday album ...

According to the WSJ, the letter—part of a birthday album assembled for Epstein's 50th birthday by Ghislaine Maxwell—featured a drawing of a naked woman, with Trump’s signature allegedly replacing the woman’s pubic hair. The typewritten note reportedly ended with: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”
The Journal claimed to have reviewed the note but did not publish the image. Trump, in a Tuesday interview with the outlet, denied any involvement and warned the newspaper against publishing the claims.
“I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women,” Trump said, adding, “It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”
Donald Trump says Epstein Case a Hoax
The report arrives at a tense moment for Trump, whose supporters are increasingly disillusioned over the Justice Department’s handling of the Epstein case. A DOJ memo last week reaffirmed that Epstein died by suicide and confirmed there is no “client list,” frustrating Trump’s MAGA base, which had hoped the president would release all Epstein-related files. In response, Trump lashed out on Truth Social, calling the outrage a distraction: “Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker.”
The WSJ noted that the letter was part of a larger trove of documents collected during past Justice Department probes into Epstein. Maxwell, a longtime Epstein associate, was later convicted of child sex trafficking in connection with his crimes.
The latest revelations are likely to intensify scrutiny of Trump’s relationship with Epstein and raise further questions about how his administration handled the notorious case.
