Sean Diddy Combs
US hip hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs, accused of multiple sexual assaults, is now facing a fresh headache. A photograph of Sean 'Diddy' Combs with one of his alleged underage sexual assault victims at his 1998 white party has surfaced online. According to a report in Page 6, the unidentified male, who was 16 at that time, posed with the Bad Boy Records founder, then 28, in the Hamptons.

In the picture that is now going viral on social media, Combs had his arm around his supposed victim, who is going by John Doe in a recent lawsuit, as they stood on a lawn in front of carnival-themed stands. John Does is the same man who on Monday filed a fresh lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs accusing him of sexual assault. In the lawsuit, he alleged that Sean fondled his genitals at one of the rapper's white parties in Long Island's Hamptons in 1998.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs fresh lawsuits filed

The man alleged Sean "Diddy" Combs ordered the then-teen to "drop his pants" when they were having a conversation about possibly breaking into the music industry.

According to the man's lawsuit, Combs explained to him that it was a rite of passage to becoming a music star, at one point asking the then-teen: "Don't you want to break into the business?" The man said he complied out of fear, anxiety and power imbalance he felt with Combs, only realising later that what had happened was sexual assault.

“As a result of Combs’ sexual assault onto John Doe while he was a minor, John Doe experienced damages including pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment and emotional torment,” the suit read.

“Because of Combs’ power and notoriety, Plaintiff was afraid to report what had happened. John Doe became yet another sexual assault victim of Combs through the same pattern and abuse of influence Combs exercised over others previously.”

According to reports, John Doe reportedly claimed Sean 'Diddy' Combs would coat his victims in lotions or body oils laced with the drug GBH, allowing it to be absorbed through the skin, making them easier to assault.

The image was posted on X, formerly Twitter, by a user with the caption, "A man accusing Sean 'Diddy' Combs of assaulting him when he was 16 has released a photo of the two together at one of Diddy's infamous White Parties. The man's face has been concealed for privacy. John Doe claims the assault took place during the 1998 event, alleging that Combs would coat his victims in lotions or body oils laced with the drug GBH, allowing it to be absorbed through the skin, making them easier to assault." Sean Diddy assaulted a minor

Six fresh lawsuits were filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs on Monday, including one accusing him of assaulting a minor. The civil lawsuits were filed a month after Combs was criminally charged for what prosecutors describe as a long-running scheme of sex trafficking and racketeering.

John Doe was one of six people who filed lawsuits against Combs Monday, accusing the Sean John founder of a range of crimes, including rape, sexual assault and death threats.

The plaintiffs are being represented by Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based attorney who claimed to have been in contact with 120 of Combs’ alleged victims, including men, women and minors. However, Sean Diddy's legal team has maintained that the rapper “has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process," their statement read.

Combs was arrested in New York City on September 16 and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was denied bail.
