The subsequent plan he's unveiled is to append a massive ballroom to the East Wing, with designs that bear a striking resemblance to the ballroom at his Mar-A-Lago estate in Florida.Known for his interest in real estate and renovations, Trump was accompanied by a small group, including James McCrery, the architect behind the newly announced $200 million privately funded East Wing ballroom project.

Dressed in a suit with a red tie, Trump traversed the space alongside several companions, while someone among them captured photographs. Trump was possibly overseeing the ongoing renovation and construction work at the White House.
He returned to his presidential duties with grand plans for remodeling the building, such as paving over the Rose Garden and constructing a massive ballroom. After observing from the White House rooftop, Trump strolled over to an area above the briefing room, briefly engaging with reporters gathered below.

In response to queries about his rooftop presence, Trump mentioned he was "taking a little walk" and brought up the "ballroom on the other side." Last month, the White House announced that from September, they'll kick off construction on a whopping $200 million ballroom – marking the first major alteration to the Executive Mansion since the Truman balcony went up in 1948. Among the entourage with Trump was a gent who looked to be James McCrery, the architect helming the project.
