John Mayer, the renowned American singer, is rumoured to have found his woman in an Instagram influencer- Kat Stickler. John Mayer and Kat Stickler are rumoured to be dating and enjoying each other’s company after initially crossing paths online, reports US Weekly. Mayer had earlier dated Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

"John sought her out and pursued her," a source was quoted as saying by US Weekly. “Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John.”

The insider shared that the pair’s romance is “still very new” but they have been out together a few times. “He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often,” the source shared. “She is interested and seeing where it goes.”

John Mayer-Kat Stickler dating?

John Mayer and Kat Stickler have sparked dating rumors after Deuxmoi on October 12 reported that the couple were spotted out in New York City twice over the weekend. Kat Stickler also recently followed the guitarist on Instagram.

As per the Instagram account, Mayer, 47, and Stickler, 30, went to a members-only club in New York City on Friday, Oct. 10, then hit Flyfish Club on Saturday, October 11. Deuxmoi also posted an image of the two sitting next to each other in a booth at the private club.

Stickler, who shares daughter MK with her ex-husband Mike Stickler, "soft-launched" a new relationship with a mystery man on her social media pages in July. She previously had a public romance with Bachelor alum Jason Tartick, whom she dated for six months before announcing their "amicable" breakup in October 2024.

Meanwhile, Mayer revealed he was single during SiriusXM's SmartLess Live, a special live taping of the hit podcast with hosts Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Sean Hayes in June.

Kat Stickler's date with mystery man

Kat Stickler was spotted on a date night with a mystery man just days before reports emerged that she’s dating John Mayer. In a TikTok video shared by Stickler on September 28, the content creator, 30, was spotted at an outdoor restaurant. “Oh no don’t worry I got it,” she wrote atop a clip of a man across the table — who was only shown from the chin down.

The hilarious video concluded with Stickler pulling a small brown dog out of her bag — instead of her wallet. “No I know,” she captioned the upload, which she set to Kelly Clarkson’s hit “Breakaway.” Fans immediately speculated that her date — who wore a black polo shirt and rocked a slightly greying goatee — was Mayer, 47.

“So this is John Mayer,” one person wrote, while another remarked, “John Mayer — damn girl. I just heard the tea.” Although their relationship is said to be “very new,” the duo has already been seen together on a few occasions. Deuxmoi reported that last Friday, they were spotted at a private New York City club, sitting side by side in a booth and appearing “very touchy.” The following night, they were photographed at Flyfish Club, fueling further speculation about their romance.

Mayer has previously been linked to a long list of A-list love interests, including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, among others. Stickler previously dated “The Bachelorette” alum Jason Tartick, and shares daughter MK with ex-husband Mike Stickler.

“I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together,” Tartick wrote via Instagram Stories in October 2024. “It’s fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life, that works out and other times it doesn’t. This time it didn’t.”

Stickler, for her part, also took to Instagram to confirm the split, which she described as “amicable.” However, she said, it “just didn’t work.”
