In a post on Truth Social, Trump shared a screenshot of a tweet from US Department of Labor, Trump touted that in his first 100 days, Trump has delivered 'historic wins' for American workers which include: 345,000 jobs, securing $5.2 trillion in new investments, revitalized American manufacturing, expanded apprenticeship opportunities for the skilled trade jobs of the future.

What does the memo say?
The memo on Trump's first 100 days on economy says:-188,000 of the new jobs came from private and government-adjacent sectors.
-Construction, manufacturing, and mining all posted job gains.
-Federal workforce shrank by 15,000 positions.
-Unemployment among veterans dropped to 3.8% in March.
-The White House credits deregulation and federal telework rollbacks for driving growth
"The labor force participation rate for those without a high school diploma is up by 0.7% since President Trump took office. The veteran unemployment rate is down from 4.2% in January to 3.8% in March. 228,000 jobs were created in March alone, well above expectations," the memo read.

"Remote work among federal employees has fallen over 16 percentage points from March last year to March this year, showcasing the success of President Trump’s initiative to bring federal workers back to the office. Federal telework numbers are now in-line with the private sector," it added.
Trump is holding a rally in Michigan on Tuesday to mark the first 100 days of his second term, staging his largest public event since returning to the White House in a state that has been especially rocked by his steep trade tariffs and combative attitude toward Canada.

He will make an afternoon visit to Selfridge Air National Guard Base for an announcement alongside Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. He’s expected to speak at a rally at Macomb Community College, north of Detroit, allowing him to revel in leading a sprint to upend government and social, political and foreign policy norms.
Michigan was one of the battleground states Trump flipped from the Democratic column. But it’s also been deeply affected by his tariffs, including on new imported cars and auto parts.
