On Thursday, U.S. President Joe Biden hosted an event at the White House to mark the confirmation of 235 federal judges during his presidency. In his remarks, Biden emphasized the significance of these appointments, saying, "I know they'll continue to uphold our nation's founding principles of liberty, justice, equality — and do it for decades to come." He assured attendees that the judges would be "independent, fair, impartial," and committed to upholding the Constitution and the rule of law.

Despite the event's focus, social media attention shifted to a peculiar dark mark on Biden's left hand. The coin-sized, circular bruise, seemingly purple in color and partially concealed by makeup, spurred widespread curiosity online.

Various theories emerged about the mark, with some speculating it could be an injection site. "Looks like he may be getting injected with something," one user suggested.

Others proposed it might be related to age-related bruising. "Older people have thinner skin and bruise more easily, especially if they're on blood thinners," one commenter explained. Another posited that it could result from an IV or blood draw, adding, "The elderly often experience vein collapse, making back-of-hand injections more common."

Some took a more critical stance, with one user speculating, "IV bruise—he's being pumped up with drugs just to keep going." Others dismissed the theories, noting, "Older people bruise from the slightest bump. It could be as simple as hitting a countertop."

This isn't the first time Biden's physical appearance has drawn public attention. Just days earlier, during a national address, viewers noticed a dark mark on his lip, leading to further health-related speculation.

One X user remarked, "What’s wrong with Biden’s face? His bottom lip looks swollen, his chin appears bruised, and the left side of his mouth isn’t moving properly." Others theorized about possible causes, from a fall to dental work, while some suggested more dramatic scenarios.

At 82, Biden’s health continues to be a topic of debate. A recent Wall Street Journal article highlighted concerns, claiming aides often need to provide the president with detailed instructions for simple tasks, including stage exits.

While the White House has not commented on these latest observations, the speculation underscores the public's ongoing interest in the president's well-being.
