Sean 'Diddy' Combs row: Dark side of hip-hop mogul exposed in new lawsuits. What's next for jailed US rapper?

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a fresh legal trouble as five new civil lawsuits have been filed against the US rapper in a federal court in New York. The lawsuits accuse Sean 'Diddy' and people close to the hip-hop mogul of sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.

In the new lawsuit, Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty he hosted for the MTV Video Music Awards, The Mirror reported. According to reports, two men and three women have accused the rapper of sexually assaulting them at various parties in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas with the youngest plantiff 13 at the time of the alleged incident.

The fresh trouble for Diddy comes just days after Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee filed the first six lawsuits by anonymous claimants last Monday. In several of the suits, plaintiffs allege that Combs raped them, forced oral sex on them, or aggressively groped them.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces fresh allegations of sexual assault

In one of the fresh lawsuits, Sean 'Diddy' Combs is accused of raping the child, 13 at the time of the alleged incident, as two people, identified as Celebrity A and Celebrity B, watched. The lawsuit alleged that the girl "had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards (VMAs)", reported The Mirror UK.

The lawsuit alleged one of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Combs. "The driver is alleged to have told the accuser that Combs "liked younger girls" and said she "fit what Diddy was looking for," according to the legal complaint.

Sean Diddy forced oral sex on plantiff

The plantiff alleged she was asked sign a non-disclosure agreement and agree not to talk about what happened at the party, a copy of which was not received by her. The lawsuit claimed there were "many celebrities" at the parties and staff walking around with trays of drinks. The plantiff alleged she was consumed a drink offered to her following which started to feel "woozy and lightheaded".

The accuser alleged Celebrity A vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched, adding that Sean 'Diddy' also raped her later on. She alleged Sean forced her to perform oral sex on her but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck.

Sean Diddy Combs remains in custody at a Brooklyn jail. He is separately facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies. The hip-hop icon has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has been denied bail multiple times. His trial is due to take place in May, 2025.
