Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers are now using videos of the same “freak off” parties once cited as evidence against him to argue his innocence in an ongoing federal sex trafficking case.

According to reports, the defense claims the videos, which prosecutors refer to as “freak offs,” depict consensual sexual acts rather than abuse or trafficking. These recordings reportedly feature Combs, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, and male sex workers.

Prosecutors allege that Combs orchestrated elaborate sex performances called “Freak Offs,” involving multiple sex workers and drug use to ensure compliance. They further claim these events sometimes lasted for days. Raids on Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami homes allegedly uncovered drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

Defense Challenges Prosecution’s Narrative
Combs’ legal team has requested more time to analyze nine recordings of sexual acts, which are central to the charges. The defense argues that the videos show consensual encounters, with “Victim-1” (believed to be Ventura) appearing happy, dominant, and in control.

“In all six of these encounters, Victim-1 is not only consenting but evidently happy and fully in control,” the defense asserted. “There is no evidence of coercion, non-consensual acts, or sex trafficking in these videos.”

They also criticized the prosecution for allegedly mischaracterizing consensual sexual activity as exploitative, stating, “This case seeks to police non-conforming sexual activity and assumes—despite all evidence to the contrary—that a woman’s willing participation must have been coerced.”

The defense also noted that the video quality is poor and requires expert analysis to accurately assess.

Prosecutors Remain Silent
Prosecutors have yet to respond to these new claims.

Combs’ attorneys, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, issued a statement arguing that the “Freak Offs” were private activities between consenting adults in a long-term relationship. “This case is about whether Victim-1 was a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was,” they stated.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September and is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He faces multiple charges, including drugging, rape, and operating a “sex-trafficking venture.”
