Sean 'Diddy' Combs allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted a 23-year-old in 2006. She reveals details in $15M lawsuit
Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a $15 million lawsuit from LaTroya Grayson, alleging drugging and sexual assault at a 2006 New York City party. Grayson claims she won a radio contest trip, was given pre-prepared drinks, and woke up in a medic...

The lawsuit, filed by Grayson, states she and her half-sibling won an all-expenses-paid trip to New York for Diddy's party. Upon arriving, Grayson was allowed into the party, but her half-sibling was not. Grayson claims she was given pre-prepared drinks and felt unwell after consuming a few. She later woke up in a medical facility with no memory of how she got there, disheveled clothing, and missing belongings.
Grayson alleges she received threats after returning home, warning her against legal action. She claims the incident caused ongoing emotional and psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, and intimacy issues. She submitted evidence including a contest confirmation letter, flight stubs, party photos, and medical records as part of her lawsuit.
Combs, currently incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on unrelated charges, denies the allegations. His legal team released a statement: “These allegations are completely false.” They assert Grayson has no memory of the events and no evidence linking Combs to the alleged assault. They believe the lawsuit is an attempt to exploit Combs for financial gain.
Diddy’s legal team added, “We are confident in the judicial system and that the truth will emerge through the court proceedings.” The case is ongoing.
Prison taking a toll on Sean Diddy
Earlier this week, Diddy appeared in court for a pretrial hearing, looking noticeably different after months in federal detention. He is awaiting trial on charges including sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and racketeering.
Journalist Elizabeth Millner, present at the hearing, told Page Six Combs appeared thinner and grayer compared to his pre-arrest appearance on September 16. “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle he was living before, but he appeared noticeably thinner, and perhaps being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him,” she said.
Combs was arrested in September. He is also facing allegations from artist Dawn Richard, who accuses him of manipulation, sexual advances, and causing her mental and physical harm. Combs' legal team denies these allegations, calling the lawsuit a publicity stunt.
