Want a US visa? Trump’s $5M Gold Card is live; Here’s everything you need to know
US President Donald Trump has officially launched a new website for his highly publicized "$5 million Trump Card" — a premium US residency visa aimed at wealthy foreign nationals. The online portal, TrumpCard.gov, is now accepting sign-ups for a waiting list.

Trump announced the move via a post on Truth Social, writing, "Thousands have been calling and asking how they can sign up to ride a beautiful road in gaining access to the Greatest Country and Market anywhere in the World."

The so-called “Trump Card,” also referred to as the “Gold Card,” is positioned as a high-value alternative to the traditional Green Card. It offers permanent US residency for a $5 million payment to the government — with Trump claiming it provides a pathway to citizenship, though not citizenship itself.

First unveiled aboard Air Force One in April with a gold prototype bearing his image, Trump said the card would appeal to global job creators and help reduce the US national deficit.

Though the visas are not yet available, the website now allows interested applicants to pre-register by submitting their name, visa interest, and email. A bold header on the site reads: "The Trump Card is Coming."

Trump has stated that the program does not require congressional approval, framing it as an executive-level initiative. He has described the card as “somewhat like a Green Card, but at a higher level of sophistication.”

The president also hinted in February that the program could attract up to one million buyers, including Russian oligarchs, although no official criteria have been disclosed.

The announcement comes at a politically charged time, as immigration crackdowns and deportation raids continue across the country, drawing protests and legal scrutiny.
