According to Variety, Sony revealed the update during a presentation at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Monday. While the exact premiere date hasn’t been announced, the teaser trailer showcases fresh footage and confirms the April 2025 release window.
The Last of Us Season 2 Cast
Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey reprise their roles as Joel and Ellie in Season 2. There will be several new characters in the new season, claimed reports. Among the new cast include Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Young Mazino as Jesse, and Isabela Merced as Dina. Jeffrey Wright is expected to join the cast too, portraying a live-action version of Isaac Dixon, a character he voiced in the game. Additionally, Catherine O’Hara is expected in a mystery role."I’m incredibly happy with who has been cast," Ramsey told GamesRadar+. "It’s gonna be a lot of fun... [Dever is] excellent, Isabel and Young as well, I’m really excited to get going with all of them."
