President Donald Trump listens to Susan Dell in the Oval Office of the White House, Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026, in Washington.
Susan Dell, wife of Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell, appeared alongside President Donald Trump on October 7 to promote the “Trump Accounts” initiative, aimed at providing families with investment accounts for newborns. The Dells have pledged $6.25 billion to the program, which will distribute $1,000 in seed money to eligible children.

Susan Dell’s appearance at the White House, however, went viral on the internet for other reasons, with many people expressing surprise over her facial expressions.

“We need to talk about Susan Dell,” an X user wrote while comparing old pictures of Susan.

“Somebody at the White House needs to hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE. The simulation is glitching!” another user wrote.

Another added, “Please stop with the Mar-a-Lago face!”

What is Mar-a-Lago face?

Dr. Shervin Naderi, a facial plastic surgeon and founder of The Naderi Center, describes it as “a modern aristocratic mask—surgically sculpted to convey affluence, precision, and control.”

“It’s not about reversing time. It’s about rewriting the rules of aging,” Naderi wrote in a blog post, comparing “Mar-a-Lago face” to “porcelain under flash photography.”

“It’s a face that announces: I have resources. I have access. I have arrived.”

Susan Dell’s donation

Meanwhile, Susan Dell appealed to parents and grandparents to claim their child’s money through Trump Accounts. During a press conference alongside President Donald Trump in the Oval Office, Susan said, “We believe in you, and we want you to dream big because we know you can make your dreams come true. So parents and grandparents, please claim your child’s account. These accounts are ready. They’re waiting for you, and they have money in them.”

Michael and Susan Dell had earlier committed $6.25 billion to fund “Trump Accounts” for children in the US. Announcing the donation last year, Michael Dell said, “We’ve seen what happens when a child gets even a small financial head start—their world expands.”

What are Trump Accounts?

Trump Accounts are new, tax-advantaged investment accounts for children in the US, created under the 2025 federal tax law known as the Working Families Tax Cuts. Legally, the accounts are structured as a type of traditional IRA under the newly added Section 530A of the US tax code.
