According to YTN's coverage, the actress has submitted divorce papers against her spouse, restaurant owner Mr Jo, following eight years of matrimony. The couple lodged their documentation with the Seoul Family Court this year, and the divorce proceedings are currently advancing.
Whilst primary divorce conditions have been agreed upon, certain aspects remain under discussion.
The report states that Lee Si Young wed Jo in 2017 during the height of her acting career. Their union garnered considerable public attention, particularly due to Jo's achievements in restaurant operations, where he earned the moniker "Little Baek Jong Won" for his swift business growth. They welcomed a son in the subsequent year.
The actress regularly showcased her domestic life through television programmes including I Live Alone and Point of Omniscient Interfere. However, the couple has opted to separate after approximately ten years together.
