While their primary residence will remain in Los Angeles, sources cited by the New York Post suggested the couple is considering a bicoastal living arrangement. Emhoff’s daughter resides in Brooklyn, which may add to the appeal of a New York home. The timing aligns with Harris’s departure from office this week and recent wildfires near their Los Angeles property, located in an evacuation zone.

"Not from me, but I heard they were looking to be bicoastal,” one source said. Another confirmed Emhoff’s apartment hunting in New York on behalf of the couple. Harris’s representative declined to comment.
