Elon Musk, world's richest man, is offering $200 dollar for signing this petition
Elon Musk promoted a cash giveaway for Wisconsin voters to sign a petition opposing 'activist judges,' aligning with Trump's agenda. America PAC offers $100 to signers and their referrals, while the Justice Department flags possible legal violatio...

Musk's statement came amid multiple legal setbacks for the Donald Trump administraton in recent weeks as his administration pushes sweeping government reforms through Musk’s newly created DOGE.
America PAC, a pro-Trump political action committee founded by Musk, announced it would offer $100 to Wisconsin voters who sign the petition before April 1, coinciding with the state’s Supreme Court election. The PAC has endorsed conservative candidate Brad Schimel for the pivotal seat in the battleground state's highest court.
Musk amplified the petition on his social media platform, X, urging voters to take part.
“Judges should interpret laws as written, not rewrite them to fit their personal or political agendas,” America PAC posted on X.
“Wisconsin registered voters receive $100 for signing the petition & $100 for each signer they refer.”
Beyond this petition, America PAC has rolled out cash-based incentives for political engagement, including payments for referring others to sign petitions supporting the First and Second Amendments, as well as a $1 million daily lottery for petition signers in key swing states ahead of the 2024 election.
However, Musk’s financial push has drawn scrutiny. The Justice Department warned him and America PAC in October that such efforts may violate federal election laws, which prohibit paying individuals to register to vote.
This latest move also follows Trump’s fiery remarks earlier this week against District Judge James Boasberg, who questioned whether the administration had defied an order blocking deportations to El Salvador. Trump called for Boasberg’s impeachment, branding him a “troublemaker and agitator” in comments that prompted a rare rebuke from the Supreme Court Chief Justice.
