Supercell has started rolling out the February update for Clash of Clans, bringing several adjustments and new features to enhance gameplay. According to ClashDotNinja, the update introduces changes to Season Challenges, matchmaking improvements, UI enhancements, and more.

Key Changes in the Update:

Archer Queen Adjustments: The Town Hall (TH) requirement for Archer Queen-related Season Challenge tasks and chest rewards has been lowered from TH9 to TH8.

New Rewards: Players can now find new decorations, skins, and equipment in chests.

Clan Capital Matchmaking: Legacy clans with fewer Capital upgrades than required for their Clan Hall (CH) level will now have their upgrade count adjusted for fair matchmaking.

User Interface Enhancements: A “new” indicator will appear when fresh equipment is added to the shop.

Items players cannot afford in the League Medal Shop will now show their prices in red instead of being grayed out.
The Goblin King character render has been updated.

A new settings button provides quick access to Chest drop rate information.

The Chest opening screen now includes a counter displaying remaining chests.

Haptic feedback has been added for a more immersive Chest opening experience.

Additional Gameplay Improvements:

Builders No Longer Required for Removing Obstacles – Players can now clear obstacles without needing an available Builder.

Forge Jobs Can Now Be Canceled – Giving more flexibility in resource management.
Tactical Overview in Village Edit Mode – When enabling Scout Mode, the Tactical Overview will also activate automatically.

Expanded Skin Purchase Options – The Choose Skin screen now displays skins available for purchase with real money and League Medals, in addition to those buyable with Gems.

Defending Troop Adjustments – Players can now freely set defending Clan Capital troops for Friendly Challenges and
Legend League battles. These troops will no longer depend on the ones stationed in the Clan Castle but will adhere to donation limits and be at the highest possible level.
