It's just not ending: There's another twist in the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni saga, new complaint filed
Blake Lively's legal team has filed a revised complaint against "It Ends With Us" director Justin Baldoni, citing new misconduct allegations and alleged retaliation. The 137-page document includes testimony from additional witnesses and targets Wa...

The 137-page filing, submitted by attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, introduces new claims and additional unnamed witnesses who have accused Baldoni of misconduct and alleged retaliation on the set of It Ends With Us. The document states that Lively was not the only person to raise concerns about on-set misconduct, which allegedly occurred more than a year before the film was edited. It also contains evidence of threats and harassment.
The amended complaint names multiple defendants, including Wayfarer Studios, its co-founders Justin Baldoni and Steve Sarowitz, CEO Jamey Heath, crisis communications expert Melissa Nathan, The Agency Group, and Wayfarer publicist Jennifer Abel. New allegations indicate that Baldoni’s behavior made other women on set uncomfortable, with a female cast member reportedly raising concerns in May 2023. This led to Baldoni issuing a written acknowledgment on June 1, 2023.
Lively’s filing describes a hostile environment marked by threats, harassment, and intimidation, forcing her to adjust both her personal and professional life. The unnamed witnesses have reportedly provided communications as evidence and are willing to testify. The complaint also claims that social media attacks escalated to dangerous levels, including a death threat directed at a supporter of Lively.
A notable addition to the lawsuit is Jed Wallace, a Texas-based PR consultant, who is accused of being hired for a "social combat" plan against Lively. Wallace has responded with a counter-suit, seeking millions of dollars in damages for reputational harm.
The filing also criticizes Wayfarer Studios' internal investigation, calling it a "sham," and Lively’s spokesperson has accused the company of retaliating instead of properly addressing the allegations.
In response, Wayfarer Studios and Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, dismissed the revised complaint as "underwhelming" and lacking substantial evidence. The dispute, which began in December, has led to multiple lawsuits and growing tensions between Lively and Baldoni, further fueled by social media discussions and promotional events for It Ends With Us.
