Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner-both amicable exes- appeared to be in great spirits while reuniting for Thanksgiving. Ben and Jennifer united this Thanksgiving putting aside their past differences and spend the day with their children- Violet (18), Seraphina (15) and Samuel (12).

This was Ben Affleck's first Thanksgiving without his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez, as the actor is in the process of divorcing her. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were married from 2005 to 2018.

Affleck and Garner, both 52, were photographed at a charity event on Thursday, teaming up with the Midnight Mission to help feed 2,000 homeless and near-homeless people in Los Angeles. The former lovebirds, known for their co-parenting efforts, were spotted serving Thanksgiving meals to the homeless. The three children were seen helping their parents give back to the community on Thanksgiving, reports The NY Post.

The united front of the duo comes shortly after Garner revealed the painful loss of her beloved dog, Birdie, and Affleck, ever supportive, reportedly adjusted his plans to be there for her during this emotional time.

After his recent separation from Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck has been spending quality time with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children. The former couple reunited on November 28 in LA to volunteer at a Thanksgiving meal service in the city's Skid Row neighborhood.

The two, drenched in festive spirit, also wore matching aprons that read, "I love the Midnight Mission,” as they served meals to those in need alongside other celebrity volunteers."


At one point, Affleck was photographed whispering something closely into Garner’s ear — and even seemed to flash a smile in one of the snaps obtained by Page Six.

The family all kept it casual for Thursday’s outing in downtown Los Angeles. For the Thanksgiving event, Garner ditched her glam for a laidback look consisting of a blue sweater and jeans.

The “13 Going on 30” actress secured her brunette tresses up with a dark hair clip. Meanwhile, the “Good Will Hunting” actor wore a dark colored button-up shirt underneath his apron.

Their Thanksgiving outing comes three months after Lopez filed to end her marriage to Affleck.

Jennifer Lopez stepped out for lunch with friends in Los Angeles on Wednesday ahead of her first Thanksgiving since filing for divorce from Ben Affleck in August. The actress rocked a white, long-sleeved blouse with high-waisted blue jeans.

She accessorized the chic look with nude heels, a brown crocodile Hérmes birkin bag and a gray blazer.

Lopez’s actual 2024 Thanksgiving plans have yet to be revealed. It’s possible she will see her 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
