Barbie star Margot Robbie welcomes first child with husband Tom Ackerley

Margot Robbie, star of 'Barbie,' has welcomed her first child with husband Tom Ackerley, according to People. While the details about the newborn are yet to be disclosed, it is reported that the couple has had a baby boy.

Robbie first appeared publicly with Ackerley in July at Wimbledon since the news of her pregnancy surfaced. She wore a black and white polka dot dress for the event. In the following months, Robbie was seen in various maternity outfits in Santa Monica and Los Angeles.

Robbie and Ackerley met in 2013 on the set of 'Suite Francaise,' where Ackerley was an assistant director, and Robbie played a role. They later collaborated on projects through their production company, LuckyChap Entertainment, which produced films like 'I, Tonya,' 'Birds of Prey,' and 'Barbie.' The couple married privately in December 2016 in Byron Bay, Australia, and had kept their engagement private before the wedding.


In June, Ackerley spoke about managing their professional and personal relationships, saying, "We spend 24 hours a day together. It's seamless. We don't have a toggle on, toggle off. It's all become one thing."
