Former tennis sensation Anna Kournikova is set to embrace motherhood once again. At 44, she is reportedly pregnant with her fourth child with long-time partner and global music star Enrique Iglesias, 50. Spanish magazine Hola revealed the news on Thursday, confirming that the former Russian athlete is already midway through her pregnancy and is doing well. The update comes only months after she was spotted in a wheelchair in Miami with a protective boot, sparking speculation about her health.

Kournikova and Iglesias have been together since 2001 and are already parents to three children—seven-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, and their five-year-old daughter Mary. Despite their celebrity status, the pair has chosen to maintain a private family life in Miami. They first met in 2001 when Kournikova appeared in Iglesias’s music video for his hit single Escape. Although rumors about their marital status have circulated for years, neither has ever confirmed being married. Iglesias has publicly stated that he does not believe marriage defines love, possibly influenced by his upbringing in a divorced household.

In recent years, the couple has invested heavily in their Miami lifestyle, purchasing a $6.5 million Bay Point home. While Iglesias continues to tour internationally, Kournikova has largely stepped away from the limelight. She officially retired from tennis in 2003 at just 21, following recurring injuries to her back and feet. During her career, she reached the world’s top 10 in singles and famously won two Grand Slam doubles titles alongside Martina Hingis in 1999 and 2002.

Born in Moscow in 1981 to an athletic family, Kournikova began playing tennis at just five. By age nine, she was already attracting international scouts, eventually moving to Florida to train at Nick Bollettieri’s renowned tennis academy. Despite earning under $4 million in prize money, lucrative endorsements pushed her net worth to an estimated $60 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Now, with baby number four on the way, Kournikova and Iglesias are preparing to welcome another addition to their family, continuing a journey of love, resilience, and togetherness.
