A former personal assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs has revealed unsettling details about his employment during testimony in Combs' ongoing sex trafficking trial in New York City.

George Kaplan, who worked for Combs between 2013 and 2015 on a £125,000 annual salary, testified on Wednesday that his responsibilities extended far beyond typical assistant duties. He claimed he was frequently tasked with organizing logistics for drug-fueled sexual gatherings that Combs allegedly referred to as “freak-offs.”

According to Kaplan, these events involved multiple participants and often required him to book hotel rooms, procure refreshments, personal care items, and other supplies. As trust grew, Kaplan was given access to Combs’ company credit card, which he used to purchase intimate products and substances. He routinely booked rooms under the alias “Frank Black,” especially at places like the SLS South Beach Hotel, and was responsible for clearing incriminating items before hotel staff arrived.

“I did what he asked me to do,” Kaplan told the jury.

Now 34, Kaplan was granted government immunity for his testimony. He described working grueling hours—up to 100 hours a week—and often staying on duty until 7 a.m.

Kaplan said he ultimately resigned after witnessing Combs allegedly assault his then-partner, singer Cassie Ventura, during a private flight to Las Vegas. He also recalled a separate incident where Combs allegedly struck another woman with decorative apples at his Star Island mansion.

Kaplan recounted that no one helped Ventura during the in-flight altercation, despite her crying out, “Isn't anybody seeing this?” He admitted he didn’t intervene because he feared losing what he called his “dream job,” but said he resigned shortly after seeing Ventura again with a bruised eye.

Sean Combs, 55, faces serious federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and denies using coercion, intimidation, or his music industry influence to exploit women. Combs also denies forcing Cassie or anyone else to participate in drug-fueled “freak-offs.”

The trial is expected to continue for at least two more months.
