Ford CFO to retire, replacement named

Ford Motor Co. says its chief financial officer will retire after a 32-year career with the automaker.

DEARBORN: Ford Motor Co. says its chief financial officer will retire after a 32-year career with the automaker.

The departure of 56-year-old Don Leclair is effective Nov. 1. He joined Ford in 1976 and became chief financial officer in 2003.

Dearborn, Michigan-based Ford named Lewis Booth as his replacement.

The 59-year-old previously served as executive vice president and chairman and chief executive at Ford of Europe.
