Comedy fans are set for 10 days of laughter as Just For Laughs Toronto 2026 returns this fall with a packed lineup featuring major international comedians, including Pete Davidson, Tiffany Haddish, John Cleese, and several rising stand-up stars. The festival, regarded as one of the world's biggest comedy showcases, will run across multiple venues in Toronto from September 24 to October 3, 2026.

Organisers have announced that presale tickets are already available, with general ticket sales opening later this week.

Presale tickets for Just For Laughs Toronto became available on Wednesday, July 8, beginning at 10 am ET, and will remain on sale until Thursday, July 9 at 10 pm ET.

General public ticket sales will open on Friday, July 10 at 10 am ET. Tickets can be purchased through the festival's official website.

Given the popularity of headline performers such as Pete Davidson and Tiffany Haddish, early booking is expected to be important for audiences hoping to secure preferred seats.

Just For Laughs Toronto 2026 artists, dates and venues


The festival is scheduled to run from September 24 to October 3, with shows expected at locations including Meridian Hall, Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Randolph Theatre, Bluma Appel Theatre, and Comedy Bar’s Danforth and Bloor locations.

Among the biggest names appearing during the festival are Pete Davidson, who is scheduled for a September 26 performance at Meridian Hall, and Tiffany Haddish, who is set to perform the same evening at the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre.

Veteran comedian John Cleese will also bring his “Not Dead Yet!” show to the festival on October 1 and 2, marking a special appearance celebrating the legacy of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Other scheduled performers include Rachel Feinstein, Sklar Brothers, Joel Kim Booster, Nick Thune, Rafi Bastos, Emma Willmann, and Monét X Change.

Additional acts such as Red Richardson, Peter Antoniou, Caitlin Peluffo, Conor Janda, Johnny Pemberton, Ray Lau, Dustin Nickerson, Alfred Robles, Jackie Fabulous, and The Lauren & Mary Show are also expected to appear across different dates and venues throughout the festival.
