MULHOUSE: Stellantis will build 2 million cars on its new STLA One platform by 2035, CEO ‌Antonio ⁠Filosa ⁠said on Tuesday, adding that the platform will be 20 percent more competitive than the current architecture.

The STLA One platform, ⁠one of ‌the pillars of the group's ⁠new strategy unveiled last month, will be launched in Spain in 2027 with production of the new Peugeot 208, Reuters has reported.

Stellantis ‌was showcasing at its Mulhouse plant ​a ​platform to ⁠allow it to compete, in terms of costs, with ​Chinese rivals in the European market.
