Hong Kong will file complaint to WTO on US tariffs, official says

Hong Kong will challenge new US tariffs at the World Trade Organization (WTO). Chief Secretary Eric Chan stated on Tuesday that the tariffs disregard Hong Kong's status as a separate customs territory.

HONG KONG: Hong Kong will file a complaint on recent U.S. tariffs imposed on the city to the World Trade Organisation, claiming the U.S. has completely ignored the city's status as a separate customs territory, chief secretary Eric Chan said on Tuesday.
