At 14, not many would know what income tax returns are, leave alone filing one. But you will be surprised to know that Warrren Buffett, who is now the 2nd richest man in the world, had paid $7 tax in 1944 when he was 14 years old.
Buffett's tax return documents were recently released by PBS NewsHour on Scribd.
Buffett’s income in 1944 was $592.50 and he paid a $7 tax, as per the released documents.

As a 14 year old, Buffett was living in Washington, DC. At that time, as per US rules, anyone earning more that $500 had to file tax returns.

A closer look at his expenses shows two curious instances: Repairing a watch at at cost of $10 and miscellaneous bicycle costs worth $35.
