Extra US tariffs of 10% will apply to Hong Kong as well as mainland China

Additional U.S. tariffs of 10% will apply to Hong Kong as well as mainland China, according to a notice dated Feb. 5 from the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, amid an escalating Sino-U.S. trade war.
