Apple, through its iPhones and other products, could face around $39.5 billion in tariff costs after Donald Trump’s sweeping reciprocal tariffs as the Cupertino-based company’s global supply chain relies heavily on China, Vietnam, India, and other Asian countries, said a Rosenblatt Securities report.

To offset the immediate impact, Apple would need to raise its product prices significantly in the US, which could reduce consumer demand for its products, say analysts. Apple, though, is believed to have stocked up in the US for the next few months to avoid raising prices immediately.
