Citigroup names Rob Chan to lead Asia ECM syndicate, memo says

Citigroup has appointed Rob Chan as the head of its equity capital markets syndication business for Asia, according to a memo reviewed by Reuters.

Chan has been with Citigroup since 2003 and most recently led its Asia Pacific equity-linked origination unit. He will keep running that business until a replacement is named, the memo said.

Chan will replace Harish Raman who was appointed as head of Citigroup's Asia ECM execution and solutions in December.
