Boeing said to prepare for 737 output hike as soon as October: Reports

Boeing's commercial airplane division has endured a series of crises in recent years, including in 2024 a mid-air accident of a new 737 MAX and a 53-day-long strike that shut down most of its jet production.
Boeing is guiding suppliers that it could ramp up 737 Max output and could reach a 42-jet monthly tempo as early as October, Bloomberg News reported on Monday citing people familiar with the plans.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
