NSW Fair Trading confirmed to Daily Mail that Tesolin and his company, Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd, were suspended on Friday, August 8. The suspension follows allegations of underquoting, dummy bidding, producing false documents for regulators, and using high-pressure sales tactics, all breaching industry rules.
Authorities allege this was not an isolated lapse but part of a repeated pattern of misconduct while Tesolin operated under the Ray White (Quakers Hill – Tesolin Group) banner.
Show Cause notices have been issued, giving Tesolin and his company until August 29, 2025, to explain why they should not face further disciplinary action.
Who is Josh Tesolin?
Josh Tesolin was born in a Lebanese-Italian family with a strong family business influence. He is the principal of Ray White Quakers Hill and one of Australia’s most recognisable real estate agents. He has built a career defined by staggering sales figures and a relentless work ethic.

In 2021, amid Sydney’s biggest housing boom in three decades, Tesolin sold 350 properties, equating to almost one property every single day.
According to The Daily Telegraph, these transactions totalled $383.8 million in sales and generated $7 million in gross commission for the year.
Josh Tesolin’s wife and family
Josh’s wife, Sophie Tesolin, has been a key figure in his career. Serving as office manager at Ray White Quakers Hill, Sophie worked closely with Josh to manage client appointments, often late at night, while raising their son, Emilio.
The couple has openly shared how they blend family life with their professional commitments to keep up with the demands of the high-pressure real estate world.
His mother, Annette, is the general manager of Ray White Quakers Hill.
