British rapper and YouTube star Yung Filly is now facing two new charges of sexual penetration without consent in Perth, Australia. The allegations involve an incident that allegedly occurred in a hotel room in Hillarys, Perth, on September 28, 2024. Filly is accused of sexually abusing a woman in her 20s in that hotel room following a gig.

The court documents on Friday, June 13, revealed that he faces two new counts of sexual penetration without consent, and no plea has been entered for these charges.

He appeared at Perth District Court, where his case was moved from the Magistrates’ Court. A trial is scheduled for July 20, 2026, and he remains on bail under strict conditions, including an A$100,000 undertaking and a ban on leaving Western Australia, and must report regularly to Perth Police.

There are numerous accusations against him. In the seaxual assault case, Filly faces eight charges: four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one count of strangulation, and two additional rape charges.

He previously pleaded not guilty to the original counts when he appeared in March 2025 in the Magistrates’ Court.

In March 2025, Yung Filly was also accused of sexually assaulting a British tourist in a Magaluf hotel, Spain.

Previously, in December 2024, he pleaded guilty to a reckless-driving offence. He was caught speeding at 158 km/h on Perth’s Roe Highway and received a six-month driving ban.

Who is Yung Filly?


Yung Filly, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is a British YouTuber, rapper, and television personality originally from Cali, Colombia. Born on August 6, 1995, he moved to the United Kingdom with his family at the age of two and was raised in southeast London.

He began his online journey in 2013 by posting comedy skits, Q&A sessions, and lifestyle content on YouTube, quickly gaining popularity for his humour and charisma.

He later became widely known for being part of the Beta Squad, a YouTube group focused on entertainment and social experiment content, and also gained prominence through collaborations with Chunkz, another British content creator and friend.

Beyond YouTube, Yung Filly has hosted television shows such as BBC’s Hot Property and appeared on various celebrity shows, including Soccer Aid and The Great Celebrity Bake Off.

His music career has also seen success, with multiple rap singles charting in the UK. He often blends humorous lyrics with contemporary beats. Over the years, he built a massive following across platforms, amassing over 1.8 million subscribers on YouTube and millions more on TikTok and Instagram.
