The estate was sold to Packer by Ken Jacobs of Forbes Global Properties, who declined to comment on the transaction. According to Real Estate Australia, the purchase more than doubles the size of her sprawling Sydney estate, with the $3.3 million stamp duty pushing the total cost to well over $60 million.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the property consists of a pink fixer-upper and an enclosed pool of approximately 1435 square metres and an adjacent vacant block of 1188 square metres, coming to a total of approximately 2630 square metres.
Sold in early October, 2025, according to the Real Estate Australia website, it is an unrenovated pink house and a neighbouring vacant block. Packer’s mansion, Winston, was right next door. She expanded her luxury compound by an extra 2631 sq m.
