PhonePe's Karthik Raghupathy on PulsePro: From transaction data to street-level market intelligence

PhonePe Pulse began as an open data platform tracking India’s digital payments; PulsePro turns that legacy into hyperlocal market intelligence for FMCG, retail and apparel. In this exclusive interview with The Economic Times, Karthik Raghupathy, Head of Strategy at PhonePe, discussed the genesis of PulsePro, and how the platform uses 700 million consumers and 50 million merchants to break down these rich datasets into granular-level insights on store location, distribution and growth.
