A woman's body was found stuffed inside a red suitcase, abandoned on the Delhi-Lucknow Highway in Hapur district, Uttar Pradesh. The suitcase was discovered by commuters on the service road, leading to a swift response from the authorities.

Upon unzipping the suitcase, police found the body of a woman, believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, with visible injury marks. Social media, particularly X (formerly Twitter), was flooded with images of the grisly discovery, sparking public shock and concern.

As reported by NDTV, a police team, along with forensic experts, reached the scene promptly. The area was cordoned off while investigators examined the suitcase, which also contained a few articles of clothing.

According to ASP Vineet Bhatnagar, quoted by NDTV, the woman's injuries suggest she may have died around a day before the suitcase was found. The police are currently reviewing CCTV footage to gather more information about the circumstances of her death. An investigation has been launched to identify the woman and determine what led to her tragic end.
