Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor took oath as Bankipur MLA at the Bihar Legislative Assembly on Monday after winning the bypoll with 64,151 votes and defeating BJP’s Neeraj Kumar by 19,324 votes, according to election results and reports.
