The Uttar Pradesh Police has received commendation from the Delhi Police for their exemplary security and traffic management during the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath graced the consecration ceremony, attended by a diverse crowd of over 7,000 individuals, including politicians, celebrities, industrialists, saints, and international representatives. The ceremony, led by PM Modi, saw the 'Pran Pratishtha' ritual conducted between 12:20 pm and 1 pm.

Delhi Police's Appreciation

Delhi Police expressed their praise on the social media platform 'X,' acknowledging the seamless security and transportation arrangements provided by the Uttar Pradesh Police. In a straightforward post, they stated, "In Ayodhya, for the historic moment of the consecration of the life-size idol of Lord Rama in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, we appreciate the Uttar Pradesh Police for ensuring seamless security and smooth transportation arrangements for the respected individuals and devotees who came to witness this significant event."



Responding to Delhi Police's appreciation, the Uttar Pradesh Police posted a simple reply on 'X,' stating, "Thanks for the appreciation."

The collaborative efforts of the Uttar Pradesh Police in ensuring security and smooth traffic flow during the momentous 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at the Ayodhya Ram temple have not only received accolades from the Delhi Police but also contributed to the successful execution of this historic event.

Representatives from various spiritual and religious sects, along with celebrities and individuals from diverse communities, have graced this grand occasion.

Stringent Security Measures
Ensuring the safety of the grand event, a robust security cover, featuring 10,000 CCTV cameras and AI-equipped drones, was implemented. Movable barriers with barbed wires regulated traffic, especially during VVIP movements. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams, trained for various scenarios, were strategically deployed to enhance security.

Historic Milestone

The consecration ceremony represents a pivotal milestone in the temple's journey, following the historic 2019 Supreme Court judgment on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit. Rooted in historical context, the ceremony echoes the 1992 demolition of the 16th-century mosque by "kar sevaks."
