Agitating Student representative Aniket Mahato, “We have received a message from the Chief Secretary. The basis of the message-the Chief Minister wants to sit with us. There are certain conditions that have come to us. We think that the state government and Chief Secretary's positive stance. We want to meet the CM. They have asked us to reach by 4.45PM. We have mailed at 3.53PM But 30 delegates will go and live streaming demand stays. We want to keep a positive move and as there are 26 medical colleges, the representatives will be 30. Live Streaming is a path shown by CM, to discuss the meeting live. If SC hearing can be live, CM’s administrative meeting can be live, our meeting can also be live. We are going to Nabanna with five- tier demand. We want to resume work. The CS and Health Minister, we will discuss in an open-minded way.”
“We have arranged a bus and we are going to Nabanna, state secretariat,” the students said.
The doctors remain steadfast to discuss on their five-point demands, including justice for RG Kar Medical College PGT students, resignation of CP among others.
