West Asia conflict | Two Indian ships successfully cross the Strait of Hormuz, MEA confirms

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed that Indian vessels Shivalik and Nanda Devi, carrying a combined 92,700 tonnes of LPG, have safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz and are en route to ports in India. The ministry emphasised continued coordination with regional authorities to ensure unimpeded transit and safeguard India’s energy security amid ongoing tensions.
