Wayanad landslide: Four workers killed, Nine injured as rescue operations continue

Four workers from Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand lost their lives after a landslide struck a tunnel road construction site in Kerala's Wayanad district. Seven people remain under treatment, while authorities have shifted nearby residents to a relief camp and continue rescue and medical operations.
