Watch Bill Gates, one of the world's richest men, learn how to make roti

World's fourth richest man and co-founder of tech giant Microsoft recently learned making rotis from celebrity chef Eitan Bernath, who recently returned from a trip to Bihar. A video was shared by the billionaire on social media, in which Bernath can be seen teaching Gates how to make a roti. Both were also seen enjoying rotis along with ghee.

"We had a blast making Indian Roti together. Eitan just got back from a trip to Bihar, India where he met wheat farmers whose yields have been dramatically increased thanks to new early sowing technologies," Gates and Bernath shared on social media.

The video has gone viral on social media. Since posted, the video has garnered over 1.3 lakh views in just a day.



The chef also explains how he learned the recipe during his recent visit to Bihar in India.

When Bernath asked Gates, "When is the last time you think you cooked?"

"Well, if heating up soup counts, I do that regularly," Microsoft's co-founder replied.

In February last year, Gates had praised India for the development, manufacturing and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines and termed the country's vaccine coverage as "very impressive".

He had also congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for India's cumulative vaccination count against Covid crossing the 200 crore mark (2 billion).
