An Indo-Tibetan Border Police officer celebrated International Yoga Day in freezing temperature at an altitude of 18,000 ft on June 21. Officer performed ‘surya namaskar’ in sub-zero temperature in Ladakh. He is a part of ‘Himveer’ unit of ITBP. 7th International Yoga Day is being celebrated worldwide with the theme ‘Yoga for wellness’
