Vivo is launching its new flagship lineup for camera enthusiasts—X300 Pro and compact X300 —both powered by the Dimensity 9500 and, LTPO 120Hz panels, and ultrasonic fingerprint readers. The Pro adds a ZEISS 200MP telephoto, 50MP Sony LYT‑828 main camera with 90W charging.

The X300 Pro’s triple rear array pairs a 50MP Sony LYT‑828 main (f/1.57, gimbal OIS) with a 50MP (Samsung JN1) ultrawide and a new ZEISS 200MP 1/1.4‑inch Samsung HPB telephoto, plus a 50MP JN1 selfie camera. It runs the MediaTek Dimensity 950, which is said to have been the MediaTek’s chip rival for the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite. It comes with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16GB RAM/512GB storage and dual speakers. It’s said to have been optimized for street photography from the first impressions of the mobile.

There’s a 6.78‑inch 8T LTPO 120Hz display at 1260×2800 with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under glass. A 6,510 mAh cell supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging in a 226 g, 7.99 mm body with IP68/IP69 rating.

The X300 uses a 6.31‑inch 8T LTPO 120Hz panel at 1216×2640 with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader and a lighter 190 g, 7.95 mm chassis. It carries a 6,040 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, with Dimensity 9500, up to 16GB RAM/512GB storage, and dual speakers.

The X300 flips the script with a 200MP 1/1.4‑inch Samsung HPB as the primary camera (f/1.68), joined by a 50MP Sony LYT‑602 APO telephoto and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide, plus a JN1 selfie. It also includes IP68/IP69 protection and comes in multiple colors including Black, Blue, Pink, Purple, and Red. X300 is launched to appeal the users who prefer a more compact body with the flagship specifications.

Both phones ship with Android 16‑based OriginOS 6, which was originally exclusive to the China users. It comes with stereo speakers, NFC, and Wi‑Fi 6, with the Pro listing Bluetooth 6.0 and USB‑C 3.2 Gen 1, while the X300 lists Bluetooth 5.4.

In China, X300 Pro starts at Chinese Yuan (CNY) 5,299 for 12/256 and goes to CNY 6,699 for 16/1TB, reflecting its top camera and battery features. The X300 starts at CNY 4,399 for 12/256, with tiers up to CNY 5,999 for 16/1TB; a compact body with “flagship‑level” internals.

India launch timelines were not announced alongside the China reveal, and local dates are pending brand confirmation. Historically, Vivo brings X‑series flagships to India weeks or months after China, so a late‑2025 or early‑2026 window is plausible pending official communication. Official INR prices are unannounced.
