Uttarakhand: IMD predicts very heavy rainfall, Badrinath Yatra halted as precautionary measure
IMD has issued Red alert in Chamoli on Oct 18, after rain lashed several parts of district. The local police have restricted the devotees to visit Badrinath as a precautionary measure.
