Uttarakhand Govt forms 6-member expert panel to probe Uttarkashi Tunnel tragedy
Uttarakhand government has constituted a six-member expert committee to investigate the Uttarkashi tunnel accident which trapped 40 workers and rescue operations to save those trapped are underway on Day 3 since the collapse.
