Following reports of extension of the corona curfew that has been in force for some time, the Uttar Pradesh government today came out with a list of who all will be allowed to move around without an e-pass during the restrictions.

People associated with industrial activities, medical and essential services won't need e-passes to travel, news agency ANI said citing a government notification.

Other exempt groups include ecommerce, people having medical emergency, postal service, print/electronic media and internet service.

All others who need to travel during the curfew period will need e-passes.

One can get a pass by visiting the official site of the state Revenue Department, according to the notification.

Documents like Aadhaar/PAN card/GST papers (in case of commercial units) will be required for online application for e-passes.
