UIDAI sets up expert panel for 'Aadhaar Vision 2032'

New Delhi The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has set up a high-level expert panel to develop the 'Aadhaar Vision 2032' framework, aimed at securing the country's digital identity ecosystem. The initiative seeks to strengthen Aadhaar's core technological infrastructure and align it with global standards on privacy, cybersecurity and data protection.

The committee, chaired by UIDAI chairperson Neelkanth Mishra, includes members from academia, industry and government. The framework will focus on enhancing security against cyberthreats.
